Had a healthy, active lifestyle since I was 7 years old. In 2020 I decided to hire a coach and compete for a bodybuilding show, i participated in two shows and had an amazing results. My love for fitness just increased from that day and I decided to get my ISSA Personal Training certificate to help more people change their lifestyle for a better and healthier one.\r\nI changed 25+ people lives. After working with me their energy increased, sleep got better, increase of confidence , clothes fits better, no more self-sabotaging, regulated hormones. Nutrition and Fitness is not hard if you have guidance and support at the beginning of your journey to build a long term habit .\r\nMy Workout program is focused to lose body fat and build muscle , everything is custom for you and based on your ability of performing.\r\nI am here to help you to understand and corect you.\r\nConsistency is the key to everything you do in life . I teach how to build a healthy relationship with food, how to make right decision and why this is so important for us to have a long happy life.\r\nUnderstanding how each macronutrient works in our body is a game changer.
