As a former professional athlete in the Canadian Football League, I’ve experienced the highs of peak performance and the challenges of overcoming setbacks, including three knee injuries. It’s normal to feel a little nervous, but our team is here to support you. We’ll answer your questions, address your concerns, and make the process as smooth and encouraging as possible.

No problem! Our trainers are experienced in working with individuals with injuries or special health conditions. We’ll create a safe, effective program tailored to your needs.

When you book a trainer, you’ll add a location and address where you want to book.

 

Make sure you’re hydrated and have eaten at least an hour before your workout so your body is fueled and ready to go. Be sure to bring water and a towel with you.

 

Search for a trainer on our site to view their reviews and their credentials. Once you find a trainer that you like based on their profile, go ahead and click the blue button to book them!

Absolutely! We understand life happens. Just let your trainer know at least 24 hours in advance, and they’ll adjust your schedule.

Yes! We provide group training for families, friends, or coworkers. Ask us about group pricing and options during your call.

Refunds are processed individually by trainers. We find that it is more efficient this way so that your refunds can be processed quickly. If you have an issue that a trainer is not willing to fix, we will step in and issue a refund.
