I have been in the business over 20 years and continue to participate in this field in which I love and have a great passion for. I started out as an aerobic instructor\/group fitness coach. I am certified with NDEITA and AFAA. As the fitness industry grew I got involved in Personal Training where I eventually got certified with NASM. I am also certified in cycling\/spinning, senior fitness, silver sneakers and specialized populations. I have always been athletic participating in track and volleyball. I studied dance for many years and the martial arts and was able to incorporate these into my classes and trainings. Most of my job experience has allowed me to work all over Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx and Queens where I taught and trained my clients and students. I owned my own Personal Training in home training business in NY for many years before moving to Florida where I have been working presently. My decision to pursue this profession originates from my love of movement and what it has done for me and the ability to share it with others. I saw through the years the benefits it has given me and want the the same for others. I have been involved in many competitions, fitness modeling, martial arts and now I love the challenge of participating in the obstacle course races such Soldier Rush, Spartan, Mud girl etc... I continue to challenge myself and my capabilities to see what I can accomplish.
