Before you start
- A FitnessAtYourDoor client account (see How a Client Onboards)
- FAYD Dollars in your balance for paid classes — free classes need none

Open the Classes tab
Tap the Classes tab at the bottom of the app to browse upcoming group classes. Your FAYD Dollars balance shows at the top of the screen — tap it any time to see your balance and history.

Pick a class
Tap a class to open it and see the details: date and time, location, price, and how many spots are left.

Reserve your spot
Tap Reserve to claim your spot — the button shows the price (for example Reserve · $10), or Reserve (Free) for a free class. The price is deducted from your FAYD Dollars balance. If the button reads Low FAYD Dollars, you need more in your balance first; if it reads Class Full, every spot is taken.

Get your ticket
Once you've reserved, the app takes you to My Ticket — your QR code for the class. You can reopen it any time from the class with View Ticket. No need to print anything.

Check in at the class
At the class, show your ticket QR code to the instructor — "Show this code to the trainer at the door to check in." They scan it, you'll see You're checked in, and you're added to the class roster.

Need to cancel?
Open the class and tap Cancel, then confirm with Cancel Spot. Cancel more than 24 hours before the class starts and your FAYD Dollars are refunded to your balance.
Troubleshooting & FAQ
The Reserve button says “Low FAYD Dollars.” What do I do?
Your balance is less than the class price. FAYD Dollars are currently added to your account by the FAYD team — reach out and we will top you up.
Where do I see my FAYD Dollars balance?
Open the Classes tab and tap the wallet balance at the top of the screen. That opens your FAYD Dollars balance and full history.
I used to have a package of classes — where is my class count?
Class packages were converted to FAYD Dollars, so you will see a dollar balance instead of a number of classes remaining. Reserving a class deducts its price from that balance.
What happens if the class is full?
The button will read Class Full and you will not be able to reserve. Spots are first come, first served.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Just open My Ticket in the app and show the QR code to the instructor at the door.
Do I get my FAYD Dollars back if I cancel?
Yes, if you cancel more than 24 hours before the class starts. If FAYD cancels the class, you are always refunded.
