Know what FAYD Dollars are
FAYD Dollars are the balance you use to reserve group classes. Your account shows a dollar amount — not a count of classes remaining. When you reserve a class, its price comes out of that balance.

Find your balance in the app
Open the Classes tab at the bottom of the app, then tap the wallet balance at the top of the screen. That opens your FAYD Dollars Balance along with a full history of everything added, spent, and refunded.

Had a class package before? Here’s where it went
If you previously bought a package of group classes, that package was converted to FAYD Dollars: each class you had remaining became $10 in FAYD Dollars. That's why you no longer see a "classes remaining" count — your balance is a dollar amount instead.

Get your balance added or updated
Right now, FAYD Dollars are added to your account by our team. To get your balance added, topped up, or corrected, email support@fitnessatyourdoor.com. We're building an automated way to purchase FAYD Dollars right in the app — it's on the way, and until then support will take care of you.

Use them to reserve a class
Open the Classes tab, pick a class, and tap Reserve — the price is deducted from your FAYD Dollars balance. If the button reads Low FAYD Dollars, email support@fitnessatyourdoor.com and we'll top you up. Cancel more than 24 hours before a class starts and your FAYD Dollars are refunded.
Troubleshooting & FAQ
Why don’t I see how many classes I have left?
Class packages were converted to a FAYD Dollars balance, so you see a dollar amount instead of a class count. Each class you had remaining became $10 in FAYD Dollars.
How do I add FAYD Dollars to my account?
Email support@fitnessatyourdoor.com and our team will add them for you. An automated way to purchase FAYD Dollars in the app is coming soon.
Where do I see my FAYD Dollars balance?

My balance looks wrong. What should I do?
Email support@fitnessatyourdoor.com with your name and what you expected to see, and we will review and correct it.
Can I use FAYD Dollars for one-on-one training sessions?
No. FAYD Dollars are used to reserve group classes. One-on-one training sessions are paid for with session packages, which are a separate balance.
Do I get my FAYD Dollars back if I cancel a class?
Yes, if you cancel more than 24 hours before the class starts. If FAYD cancels the class, you are always refunded.
