Find the right trainer, choose where and when you want to train, and send your booking request — including multi-session schedules — in just a few taps.

Before you start
- A FitnessAtYourDoor client account (see How a Client Onboards)
- Session credits in your balance — you can buy a package during booking if you're out

Find trainers near you
From the home map (Find Trainers), search by address, city, or ZIP to see trainers in that area. Switch between Map and List, and use the filters to narrow by session type, specialty, and experience level.

Open a trainer's profile
Tap a trainer's card and choose View Profile. Review their Specialties, About, Experience, Certifications & Credentials, and Availability.

Tap Book a Session
When you've found the right fit, tap Book a Session at the bottom of the profile.

Choose your session type
Choose your Session Type: At My Location, At Trainer Location, or Online / Virtual. If you pick At My Location, add the Session Address where you'd like the trainer to come.

Pick your dates, times, and duration
On Select Dates, tap one or more days to build your schedule, then choose your Preferred Times for each date. Set your Session Duration (30–90 minutes), and add Additional Notes for the trainer — injuries, goals, or special requests.

Send your request
Tap Send Booking Request — or, for multiple days, Send [N]-Day Schedule Request. You'll need available sessions in your balance; if you're out, you'll be prompted to buy a package first.

Track your request
You'll see Request Sent! with a Pending status. Your request is reviewed and passed to the trainer to accept. Track it anytime under View My Bookings.
Troubleshooting & FAQ
What if I don't have any sessions left?
You'll be prompted to buy a package. Once your sessions are added, you can finish your booking request.
Can I book more than one session at once?
Yes. Select multiple dates and preferred times to send a multi-day schedule request in one go.
Can I reschedule a session?
There's no reschedule option — cancel the booking and create a new request for the time you want.
What does cancellation cost?
If you cancel before the trainer has confirmed, it's free and no credits are deducted. Once a session is confirmed, cancelling applies a 50% credit deduction.
Who confirms my booking?
Your request is reviewed by FAYD and sent to the trainer to accept. You’ll be notified as the status updates.
