Chris was the head trainer for Baywatch the Movie while filming in South Florida where he trained Zac Efron, Alexandra Daddario, Ilfenesh Hadera, Kelly Rohrback, and John Bass . Chris has trained professional, collegiate, and youth athletes along with the Delray Beach U.S. Marine recruits. Chris is currently training South Florida\\'s most affluent leaders under his own company My Fitness Management LLC at The Boca Raton Resort and Country Club, Busy Body Premium Fitness Center, and to individual clients in the comfort and safety of their own home.\r\n\r\nWith years of success and experience, Chris is capable of analyzing your body and creating a fitness plan that will help you reach your health and wellness goals. Chris understands that working-out is not everything, and his integrated holistic approach is tailored to enhance the quality of daily living so you may live into the life you want to create. Chris understands that adapting new healthy habits has its challenges and his goal is to help you via guided self discovery and support so you completely own your life. Much of the work Chris does is more than just physical training. He also provides behavior and accountability coaching to keep you on track.\r\n\r\nChris was a volunteer strength coach for the FAU Owls after he finished playing D1 football. Chris received his personal training certification and worked as a personal trainer while finishing up his degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion at Florida Atlantic University. Chris interned and later worked as a sports performance coach at Bommarito Performance System, and The System 8 and has since been a personal trainer at various gyms both corporate and private.\r\n\r\nChris specializes in senior citizen fitness where you improve balance, coordination, and both strength and flexibility, and corrective\/preventative based exercises. Chris works well with youth, special populations, and athletes.
