I have been training clients for over 8 years now and have trained all different types clients. From wanting to lose weight to gain weight, toning up, getting ready for a special occasion or in a time period to reach your fitness goal, I can meet your needs. I do one on one trainings as well as group trainings. I do fitness specific trainings, martial arts trainings for either self-defense or as a conditioning workout, and a combination of both if that\\'s something the client is interested in doing. My martial arts training background is in Judo, wrestling, jiujitsu, kickboxing, and boxing. In Judo I am currently a 4th degree black belt. My accomplishments in Judo consist of me being a two-time judo national champion, I was a world team member twice with USA judo representing team USA during the 2012-2016 Olympic cycle, I have placed in many World Cup tournaments and was ranked number 34 in the world for my weight class division. I have been training and competing in judo since I was 6 years old. So as you can see my extensive background in training has given me the knowledge needed to effectively help all of my clients reach their desired goals and be the best version of themselves that they can be!
