Almost 15 years ago I began coaching Crossfit and was able to fall in love with coaching with the added benefit of working with members of all ages, physical restrictions, and goals. Modifying movements and workouts to cater to each individual\\'s needs is something I take a great deal of pride in, and I soon incorporated that into training clients personally. Over the years I\\'ve coached classes and trained clients in places like Orange Theory, F45, Equinox, and other well-established locations, as well as training clients personally. As a Rehab Specialist working alongside Dr.Contro at HealthSource of Doral, I also have had a great deal of experience training and rehabilitating people of all ages and injuries.
