My passion for wellness and healing led me to pursue massage therapy in the summer of 2019, and by March 2020, I became a licensed massage therapist in Florida. This built upon my earlier foundation as a licensed esthetician, allowing me to offer a dual-licensed, holistic approach to bodywork and skin health.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nMy specialties include Swedish and deep tissue massage, where I focus on both relaxation and therapeutic relief. In addition to these core techniques, I\u2019ve been primarily trained in Ayurvedic-inspired modalities and luxurious, customized spa services that elevate the client experience. My goal in every session is to create a space where people feel safe, nurtured, and restored\u2014whether they\u2019re seeking relief from physical tension or simply time to reconnect with themselves.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nI\u2019m a firm believer in lifelong learning and am constantly exploring new ways to grow as a practitioner. I stay up-to-date with the latest research, seek out continuing education opportunities, and regularly immerse myself in content that deepens my understanding of both the science and the art of massage.
