First, I went and received a Nationally recognized Personal Training Certification with The National Council of Strength and Fitness. Then, I tackled the Certified Strength Coach certification with NCSF as well. With those certifications and college studies I was able to help many different types of people in achieving fitness goals, whether it was in sports or fitness, working with children, adolescents or adults. From College athletes to professionals to those who are just trying to stay active my skills prepared me to work with them all. In the last year I\u2019ve been certified to also teach Water aerobics. Always learning, always improving, and always keeping up with the latest science.
