I’m a lifelong athlete and highly impassioned personal trainer. My love for sports is where my passion for exercise and body movement began, the two leading me to share that enthusiasm for strength and fitness with others. Like any athlete, I enjoy a challenge, so I’ve relished in the opportunities presented to modify and work with clients who may be dealing with health issues or limitations. From torn ligaments to spinal herniations and even pregnancy, as a trainer, I’ve dealt with it all safely and effectively. My specialty/focus is in strength training. Not just as a means for becoming stronger or lifting more weights but for the more important aspect of injury prevention and mitigation. A strong body is a healthy and durable one and it is my goal to ensure you have the strongest body possible. My certifications in training include Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) credentials from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as well as the National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF) in addition to Certified Strenght Coach credentials from NCSF.
