Once you submit your payment, our client concierge will connect with you within the next business day to help you pick the perfect trainer and you can start booking your sessions right away.
When you book a session on a trainer’s calendar, you’re blocking them from working with other clients.
For that reason, we have a 12-hour cancellation policy so if you need to cancel or reschedule, you can easily switch it in your account prior to that 12 hour period.
If you cancel within those 12 hours, you will lose the session.
If you take a break or miss a week, don’t worry! We’re human too and understand that life happens.
Your sessions will be here when you get back and you have four months to finish them.
